11/20/2012 - NH Food Bank Names New Advisory Committee Chair

Manchester, NH (November 16, 2012) – New Hampshire Catholic Charities is please to announce the appointment of Neil Levesque as the Chair of the New Hampshire Food Bank Advisory Committee.

Levesque, a New Hampshire Catholic Charities trustee and current Executive Director of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics & Political Library at Saint Anselm College, has served on the New Hampshire Food Bank’s advisory committee for several years. He previously served as chairman of the public policy committee for the Diocese of Manchester.

“Neil has been such an asset to our organization,” said Mel Gosselin, executive director of the New Hampshire Food Bank. “He’s always been very involved and we’re thrilled to have him leading our advisory committee.”

Prior to joining the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College, Levesque was employed with the Global Wealth Management Division at Morgan Stanley and worked for Congressman Charles Bass through five successful elections and 12 years in Congress.

As chair, Levesque will be responsible for leading the committee in supporting the senior staff of the New Hampshire Food Bank in improving the performance of its programs and assisting with identifying resources to further the mission of the organization.
