Thank you to all of the chefs and guests for supporting our very first annual Chefs on the Rise hike! Host Willem Lange and crew from NH PBS Windows to the Wild did a wonderful job capturing the enthusiasm and support of the chefs in action on the summit of Mount Major in Alton.  Although we had to postpone our hike from June 4th due to rain, yesterday’s weather was perfect!  Together, we raised $4,150, the equivalent of 8,300 meals for our neighbors in need in New Hampshire.  During July and August, the Red Arrow Diners, Patty B’s and additional locations to be announced soon will be featuring an egg dish on their menus, with proceeds from those sales benefitting the New Hampshire Food Bank.  Pete and Gerry’s Organic Eggs, Monroe, NH are generously donating the eggs.  Pete and Gerry’s is a longtime friend and supporter of the New Hampshire Food Bank and the sponor of this year’s Chefs on the Rise.  The NH PBS segment of Windows to the Wild filmed yesterday is set to air in September.  Thank you to everyone for making our first Chefs on the Rise a tremendous success!

Click here to register to climb with us on June 11, just send us an email to let us know you‘re part of the team.

Then you and your restaurant will be featured here on the official NHFB event web page!

Raise Money!  Gather your friends for sponsorships. Hand out provided literature to your patrons. With a few short clicks, they can put some dollars behind your name. All funds raised go to the New Hampshire Food Bank and our mission to ending hunger right here in NH.

We are ‘Egg’cited to announce our inaugural sponsors for 2018 are Pete and Gerry’s Organic Eggs. These socially minded folks, and huge supporters of the NH Food Bank, will make sure we look great, and they’re covering the operating costs for this effort. Water bottles and snacks will also be on hand that day thanks to several other sponsors who want to see hunger go away.
